Currah Microspeech
Produced not far from here (probably) in the garage of one Steve Currah, the uSpeech was most people's first adventures in making their Speccy utter foul language, once they'd got the hang of the phonemes needed to produce such anglo-saxon words. <innocent whistle>
Yep, with a simple LET S$= command you could make your machine say 'hello' or 'thu burdz and thu beez', which was a uSpeech-compatible game from bug-byte......o'course, what most people did was LET S$="(sh)it" :o)
