What I know about this particular pong can be written on the back of a stamp with a marker pen. It was made by the "Accurate Electronics Industry" of Hong Kong, where else, and makes me wonder if AEI also made the Grandstand 3600 MKII since there's a marked family resemblance. It uses the standard AY-3-8500 pong chip, so there's no rocket science involved :)
